Proposal: Integrate "Open Infra Pulse" — Real-time Node Reputation Layer for OpenBuild #5

Description

@Asplana92

Hi OpenBuild team 👋

I’ve been working on infrastructure for Monad and several testnets in the OpenBuild ecosystem, and I’d love to share an idea that could extend your platform’s utility for node operators and contributors.

💡 Idea

Open Infra Pulse — a lightweight, open-source reputation layer that measures node uptime, latency, and reliability in real time across supported testnets (Monad, 0G, Nexus, Camp).

While current reputation data on OpenBuild reflects community and development activity, it doesn’t capture live infrastructure performance. Many operators keep their nodes 24/7 online, but their stability is invisible.

⚙️ How it could work

Collect metrics via Prometheus or a light health-check agent.

Aggregate data (JSON + badges) showing uptime and latency.

Display “Node Health” status on OpenBuild profiles.

Optional Discord webhook alerts for downtime.

Example output for participants might look like this:

Uptime 99.97% | Latency 182 ms | Status: Healthy ✅

🔗 Benefits

Adds live transparency to OpenBuild reputation.

Highlights active infra contributors and their technical reliability.

Encourages builders to maintain stable nodes and automate monitoring.

🧱 Prototype Status

I’ve already built a working monitoring stack (Prometheus + Grafana + Alertmanager + Discord alerts) as part of my project 👉
Monad Community Kit

I’m now working on the next step — a public JSON API (open-infra-pulse) for aggregating and displaying infra scores across multiple networks.

🛰️ Integration Potential

Could sync with OpenBuild profiles via GitHub API.

Export badges for Discord / docs / dashboards.

Lay the foundation for real-time Rank S validation.
