Error: Library not loaded

1. Uninstall old formula and tap:

$ brew uninstall tart softnet
$ brew untap cirruslabs/cli

2. Install new formula:

$ brew install openai/tools/tart

...
✔︎ Formula softnet (0.21.1)
✔︎ Formula tart (2.35.0)
...

3. At the end of installing:

==> Installing openai/tools/tart
dyld[14689]: Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib

Also trying to get version:

$ tart --version

dyld[14749]: Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib

  Reason: tried: '/usr/lib/swift/libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib'

Tested on macOS 15.7.7.
