Pro account never received promised free banked Codex reset

What happened

I am a ChatGPT Pro user and my account never received the free banked Codex rate-limit reset that OpenAI announced for Go, Plus, Pro, and Business users.

The reset has never appeared in my Codex usage dashboard or profile menu.

Expected behavior

The account should have one free banked Codex reset credited, or support should be able to audit the Codex reset-bank ledger and explain why the Pro account was skipped.

Actual behavior

No banked reset is visible or usable on the Pro account.

Please audit/fix the Codex reset-bank entitlement for Pro accounts that were skipped during the rollout, and credit the promised free banked reset.

I reviewed the possible duplicates. This is the same entitlement failure class, but I am keeping this open because my Pro account is still affected and still has no banked reset credited.

The issue is not just documentation confusion. The account-level reset-bank entitlement appears missing for affected Pro users.
