Hi! I'd like to work on this. A few questions before I open a draft PR:

Should TruncateDepth follow the same pattern as Truncate — added to internal/shared/attrnorm/truncate.go.tmpl and regenerated? Or is editing the generated file directly acceptable for this change?
Should the depth limit be applied in span.go as a separate call after attrnorm? Truncate, or should Truncate accept both limit and depth as parameters?
Is there an existing env var planned for this (like OTEL_SPAN_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE_DEPTH_LIMIT)?
