Would it be possible to add SQIsign?

It's a post-quantum signature scheme with small key sizes and small signature sizes.

Hi @jakiki6, thanks for your request. SQIsign is a signature scheme I'd like to integrate too. Given NIST announced to publish the round 2 candidates in a few weeks and potential tweaks coming for the next round, a potential round 2 version would be a good candidate for integration.
