Add awesome-terraform-compliance as a related list?

Would you accept a link to awesome-terraform-compliance?

The list includes a dedicated OPA/Rego section (Conftest, Regula, Fugue rules, Gatekeeper Policy Library) and references OPA across Policy Engines, IaC Scanners, and Policy Libraries sections.

Happy to open a PR — just need guidance on preferred section (Related Lists, Resources, or similar). Maintained by Anton Babenko (creator of terraform-aws-modules and weekly.tf).
