storage bug

currently the storage dispatch costs (variable Betriebskosten) have some weird effect on the results:

They do seem to influence the optimization differently than the LCOE suggests. In some cases optimization leads to a big storage with higher costs (LCOE) than no storage at all (which doesnt make sense)

Another bug with the storage is that you can only edit it once. The second time editing will cause an error when saving (so no saving is possible):

Ok so the error when editing a second time after optimization is fixed.
The second part (strange behaving dispatch-costs) will probably be fixed via eesyPlan-update
