Representative images of persons are changing in shared albums

Similar to #916 in the shared album / space as the administrator I assigned a representative image to every person.
After sharing this album / space with another user, some of the person had different representative images when logged in as the second user, although he has access to all photos.
Also, changing the representative image of a person as admin did not change it for the second user.
Additionally, after the second user uploaded another photo (to another album), the representative image automatically changed itself (but only for the uploader). Is there a way to lock those representative images and keep them in sync? I don't know if dates of birth and the names are synchronized as well.

I also think that once the representative image has been changed by the admin, it should be passed on to all users. I've personally run into some pretty odd situations where the system itself chooses the representative image and it's not a good fit at all. If a user changes the representative image themselves, that change should also be saved for that user. So my logic would be: admin changes get passed on to all users. If the user changes the image themselves, that should become the rule for that particular user, but only for that user. I hope that makes some kind of sense.
