Resetting selected jobs in UI actually resets a continuous range of jobs 

The Reset Jobs dialog correctly tracks the selected job IDs, but the request sent to the backend converts them into a position range ([from/to](https://github.com/open-cogsci/omm-server/blob/bfa9107bc6498357196498bb44cb7bb51f8a875b/resources/components/Participants/dialogs/ResetJobsDialog/ResetJobsDialog.vue#L187-L202)), causing unselected intermediate jobs to be reset.
