Autodetecting results that might be higher then current Polish Record

PZłucz publishes the list of national records in the https://archery.pl/wyniki/rekordy-polski/.
IANSEO might have a way of injecting current records into it, so it will be auto detecting if higher result was shoot. This works that way for the international competitions via LiveInfosystem on ianseo.net website. 

This issue is for research, if that feature is possible to add to polish rules.
