Add emoji reaction when agent responds to ignore a message

Feature Request

When the triage agent posts a thread reply, it should also react to the original message with a clear emoji so people can see the outcome without opening the thread.

Proposed Behavior

• ✅ green check — message was acted on
• ❌ red X — message was ignored

Agent still posts the thread reply as usual; the reaction is additive.

Motivation

Saves everyone from opening the thread just to see the bot said "ignoring this." The emoji gives instant visual feedback in the channel.

Summary

Added emoji reactions to the original HubSpot message after the agent posts its thread reply, so the outcome is visible in the channel without opening the thread.

Changes:

• src/leads_agent/core/processor.py — After chat_postMessage in post_to_slack, call new react_to_lead_message(...) which adds :white_check_mark: for promising leads and :x: for ignored leads. Errors are logged and swallowed (the thread reply is the primary signal; the reaction is additive). already_reacted is treated as benign so reprocessed events don't look like failures. Honors DRY_RUN. Only fires when thread_ts is provided (production mode); test mode posts to a separate channel where the source message isn't necessarily reachable.
• slack-app-manifest.yml — Added reactions:write bot scope.
• docs/ARCHITECTURE.md — Documented the new scope.

Note: Existing deployments will need to re-install the Slack app (or manually add the reactions:write scope under OAuth & Permissions) for reactions to work. Until then, the bot will log a warning per attempt but the thread reply will continue to post normally.
