Error when canceling the creation of a custom supply setup

Describe the bug
When canceling the creation of a custom supply setup an error is thrown in the console and nothing happens, even when the input was filled with a name.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isNew')

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Supply Setups'
3. Click 'Add'-Button to create new Setup
4. Click 'Cancel Button' (or type something beforehand and the click 'Cancel')
5. See error in Console

Expected behavior
Maybe the cancel button could be disabled, if name field is still empty.
