travis: upgrade step 5.3->5.4

5.2 does not start on the new Xenial Image so it is not currently possible 
to have a 2 steps upgrade for now. 
We have to do at the moment a 5.3->5.4
When 5.5 is out this should be upgraded to a 2 steps upgrade
