Add directories for each district of Libya, Including but not limited to:

1. Zawia District
2. Nuqat Al5 District
3. Nalut District
4. Jafaraa Disctrict
5. Jabal ALgharbi District
6. Tripoli District
7. Misrata District
8. Sirte District
9. Jufra District
10. Wadi AlShati District
11. Wadi AlHayaa District
12. Murzuq District
13. AlWahat District
14. Kufra District
15. Butnan District
16. Derna District

19. Benghazi District

Each should include:

• cities.json
• streets.json
• municipalities.json
• mosques.json
• education.json

This will open new paths for both Developers and Data Scientists, initiating the first Libyan Public Dataset
