Add a backup and restore flow for the whole trial VM, separate from configuration export.
- Require the VM to be stopped and check destination free space.
- Include the guest disk, matching boot files, and settings in a verified backup.
- Restore into staging and preserve the existing VM if validation or copying fails.
- Explain what Reset removes and offer a backup first.
- Test interrupted backup/restore, low disk space, and a restored guest boot on Windows.
