Expand Windows hardware coverage

Try Omarchy needs coverage beyond the current development machines.

Build a small test matrix covering Intel and AMD CPUs, integrated and discrete GPUs, Windows Home and Pro, common memory sizes, and current Windows 11 releases. Record GPU fallback, audio, clipboard, networking, input, reboot, shutdown, and first-boot results.

A short diagnostic bundle and a reusable tester checklist would make community reports much more useful.

Using this as the umbrella hardware tracker. The current focused coverage is #4 for full Hyper-V, #12 for the source-built runtime matrix, and #19 for the nested-virtualization property failure.
