your software almost worked out of the box in my case using the Rasperry Pi 3 B.
First I had to install additionally the bleno module
npm install bleno
Then I just had to enable the USB and BLE function together (starting it with ble flag, the usb does not worked and vice-versa).
Do you have any experience with the power values and the water level in the rower? Because with 18l water it seems that I'm a bit slow in ZWIFT. Cadence is terrible low, but that's only cosmetic (I temporarely sent the value times 3).
