Campaign replay date strings are cut off

The time/date strings used for presenting campaign replays in the UI seem to have a length restriction somewhere around 26 characters. Could also be in the UI toolkit itself.

Heisenbug! Can't reproduce.

Also, the smallest buffer in the chain is the ct_label_t caption buffer, which is 64 bytes, so that shouldn't be a problem here.
