Since Update Home Assistant Core 2024.6 the Sensors are gone#167

It looks like since the update of HA 2024.6 the Integration didn't work anymore.
In my setup i used sesors of room devices like this:

sensor.vicare_room_temperature

But these devices "room sensors" are no longer loaded by the integration.

Does anybody have the same issue?
