If you do not use a netcdf boundary (so the -nonetcdf flag and the mynetcdf-nonetcdf code), there is an error because the subroutines ‘ReadBdyNC’ and ‘ReadBndNCcoord’ do
not call for 'MPI_comm comm' as an input variable. It works fine if you just add it to the two routines.
