Add ability to hide real model name

Problem or Motivation

When i use some particular type of provider especially self hosted ones the names of the model are simplified or redacted and currently unlike similar system there is no way to manage names or similar so a simple option would be nice here are some examples of it happening:

a simple checkbox next to each model or provider or simple one in appereance
