Since we currently identify accounts via github login, and that can be edited, it's a pain in the ass when people rename their accounts. If the stable signal was the account id and the login was used just for display convenience this issue would be fixed, we'd just need a small action to refresh the login.
@madprog any chance internal could also migrate to account ids and resolve / store logins just for convenience?
