Import package into another package

I have succeeded merging packages. But now I would like to try importing one package into another. However, nothing happens when I try this.

Could you explain what you are trying to achieve through imports, compared to the merge you are doing? What is the workflow you are trying to setup?

• I used Advene for a shot-to-shot analysis of a selection of sequences of the first season (6 episodes) of After Life (Netflix) for my master thesis at Open University Netherlands.
• Therefore I imported the AdA-Filmonthology into Advene and used 40 concepts of this onthology. In some of these I added some own values, most of them I used as I imported them.
• However, my pc could not process this (40 concepts in one episode was too much). So I divided the 40 concepts in 10 packages per episode. So now I have 60 separate packages with concepts and annotations.
• Now the analyses is finished and I would like to merge the packages again into one or two files, so that I have an overview per episode in visualising the results in the coloured AdA Time Line (however, some concepts appear, some don't .........).
• But there is a problem, when merging sets, the values of the first set disappear. See the added video I made. So I thougt maybe importing would do it. But when I try that, nothing appears at all.

And I already found out that my next challenge will be importing the exported files into Excel, as the data do no seem to come out there a a 'readable' file). Maybe it's because I'm a 'gen X' ...... but it's very frustrating sitting on a lot of data and not being able to solve these computer challenges. I use the CSV-export option. And in the concepts I made sure to separate the values in the right way by separating them by comma etc.
