Install and run without Docker?

Howdy. Is it possible to install this version of claude-code-router using NPM, similar to the original?

You will need pre-reqs installed - if you have them installed locally (Linux or Mac, or a VM), you'll need to:

1. Clone the repo
2. Prerequisites: Node.js >= 20, 22 recommended + pnpm (npm install -g pnpm)
3. Build from repo root (one-time):
   pnpm install
   pnpm build
4. Start the server:
   node packages/server/dist/index.js
5. Or symlink the CLI for convenience:
   ln -sf $(pwd)/packages/cli/dist/cli.js /usr/local/bin/ccr
   ccr start
6. Create a config file - ~/.claude-code-router/config.json
7. Use it

If you'd want to start the server automatically at boot - consult with your OS, essentially you need to run ´ccr start´.

Environment variables (ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, etc.) are picked up from your shell automatically.
