Rename the repository

Why?

I would like to rename the repository to make it fit this things we want to put into.

Generally we have a culture of using Git SCM, writing commit messages and merging strategies.

On the front-end side we have a few style guides, for JavaScript and CSS, but also we have many config files for our environment.

I am sure we have style guides for PHP and Java too.

I would like to merge all of these together and store it in this single repository.

What?

I have the following options for the repository name.

• bible – the book of everything
• alphabet – something for the really beginning, fundamentals
• primer – the same as above but this might be confused with the framework
• hornbook – the same as
• welcome – something that welcomes new people to the team

All names have the common idea: it is the really beginning of work, fundamentals which you should learn the first time once and never come back.

I would like to hear your opinion about @mcancellieri, @samuelpearce

✅ I vote for alphabet.

I think that CORE Alphabet that includes all our development guidelines would have pretty good name. However, CORE Bible is also good.

Even I don't know you, I found this via label:"good first issue" I want to suggest CORE Mindstyle.
This is a mixture out of Mindset(=Thats what it is) and Style(=Thats what this is about).

Then you could open the Readme text with the sentence: "This is our Mindset for our code style" or something similar.

I like the idea of "bible" or "alphabet"
But I would like to not confuse people, for example, users can end up here searching for documentation for our public API, or to get support for other products.
Can we make the title clearer on what it is trying to achieve? Adding a prefix like "dev-" or "tech" may help?
