NLP - A shed is added when segmenting a word without shad

Unexpected behavior: Unless the Tibetan text ends in a 'shad' plus a 'space' (། ), clicking “segment” adds OR deletes extra punctuation at the end of the author's string

Expected behavior: Text remains as-is (however the author entered it, no matter what), and punctuation of the text can only be added or deleted by the author
