Small Images

After struggling for 3+ hours with only certain images not displaying, I found the 'smalImage' option, and found that this was required to be set to 'allow' in order to display small images. It might be a good idea to set this to 'allow' instead of 'reject' by default (unless there is some reason that I'm not seeing that would cause other issues), so others don't experience this same problem, thinking it is some kind of bug.

@electricAlchemy there is less chance that a small image would work well when cropping.. may be we need to improve the documentation a bit on this.
