Is this a C library?

I'm asking because the library isn't available in Gentoo and the README mentions setup.py.

It's a C library with python bindings shipped with it. But to be completely honest I'm not actively maintaining it anymore and I should probably mention that fact in README one day.

I'm thinking of creating a Zsh module for the library, so I'm holding my thumbs for a little maintenance:)
