Multi config support from command line options

Would be good to allow a user to specify which configuration file to use at execution time, via command line options.
That way the same application could manage multiple subdomains/domains.

Now that pywrapid is released we should consider adopting the configuration and config management from that instead.
Most likely we should rewrite the base and create a proper python structure.
The script could then be expanded to including a CLI client as well as a library portion.
