Add ability to save/edit/delete setting presets

It would be great if there was a way to save/edit/delete preset settings and give them a unique name.

Every time there's a change to a model we have to re-compress, but we have to guess the settings that were used for that particular model.

Added in consistent settings, which is a step in the right direction.
Next step is to allow importing and saving of specific settings as a separate JSON file.

This will be addressed in separate branch that needs to be created.
