[Enhancement] Implement the ability for players to view the attributes of a weapon

Through a simple menu like a command "!showstats" or when equipping a weapon.
For the latter, pressing the button to equip a weapon would have the weapon's name, then 1. Equip and 2. Back with the stats in white text below that.
