Tool break sound/animation

Anyways, it's recently been brought to my attention that there is a bug in the game that prevents the particle animation and sound effect of tools breaking in your hand. So, I scrounged this up as a fix. Seems to work ok, but I'm sure there's some things wrong with it (edge cases, etc etc). So, I decided to just post it here see what your thoughts were, or if anyone can spot any issues, or maybe 1-up it.
