Drag and drop: swap tiles instead of split to new view

When drag and drop, I do not want to split to new tile.
Just want to swap position of 2 tiles.
Is there any way to do this feature?

I'm also hoping to prevent window splitting and only perform a swap of two tiles. Does anyone have a solution/idea for this? Thanks
