chore(release): 0.2.2

Bump all workspace crate versions 0.2.1 -> 0.2.2 and add the v0.2.2 changelog
entry. This is a UI polish and stability release:

- Fix a crash when opening the theme editor from Settings (the Settings window
  was closed while the workspace entity was mid-update, causing a reentrant
  update panic); the window-close cleanup is now deferred.
- Fix Settings pages that could not be scrolled (content was vertically centered
  with no bounded height); the settings area now fills the window and scrolls.
- Round the theme editor's header/footer corners so the dialog is uniformly
  rounded instead of showing square corners over the rounded modal.
- Widen the default sidebar ~15%, enforce a minimum width on drag and on load,
  pin the worktree count, and make branch rows with ahead/behind badges collapse
  identically to rows without them.
- Limit the welcome screen's recent repositories and workspaces to the five most
  recent entries and give the rows more vertical spacing.
