bug: nixgl doesn't work when `nixpkgs.config.allowAliases` is `false`

Issue description

I'd mentioned it in the original PR (see my comment).

I've finally spent some time trying to figure out what the issue is, which is simply that pkgs.system is an alias (see aliases.nix).
