The "Current Scalability Features and Tiered Recommendations" section there holds everything that used to be here (edge runtime, distributed caching, rate limiting, error monitoring, 10x / 100x / 1000x recommendations, environment variables, health check, load testing, architecture diagram); the rest of that file is the phased 1M+ user runbook.
