Write down the outputs of bias field correction necessary to reconstruct preprocessed T1w data

We have a series of T1w images for a single subject.
Instead of the global preprocessed T1w that combines all T1w available, I want to extract each individual T1w images corrected for intensity inhomogeneity.
I also want to resample them to a common space and extract values within tissue masks.
