Myelin maps (T1w/T2w)

Some users are interested in myelin maps. This should not be difficult. A good idea would be to study the HCP implementation and see what exactly they're doing to keep outputs comparable.

I vaguely recall there being a pseudo-transmit field bias correction described in Glasser et al. (2022) that isn't in the HCPpipelines repo yet.

It looks like the bias correction is now in HCPPipelines. See Washington-University/HCPpipelines#267.
