Considering that the Webp image format has become increasingly popular, it is necessary to improve its support.
The "standard" (or is it the one that comes with the system? I'm not sure how to define it) ImageMagick version doesn't come with Webp format support, which makes it impossible to get full support on some software, such as chevereto.
From what I have checked so far, if you want your system's imagemacick to support webp format, you have to recompile the software and import it yourself. So I am not sure if this feature request can be solved by upgrading the system version or updating any components.
If it can be solved by packaging newer components in the future, that would be the best outcome. But if you think this should be compiled and replaced by users who need it, please let me know what you think.
