Add the option to turn on a highlight-alert separately between a new chatter message and being messaged directly

[AstrofoxDevelopment]

Currently when you enable getting a sound for notifications, you get it for new chatters and when you get messaged directly. I would love to keep the highlight for new messages but only get a sound when I'm messaged directly.
