Summary
Add default retention policies in settings so when we add new backup the retention policies are automatically set (can still be overwritten if needed).
Motivation / Use case
This make the creation of new backups with retention policies easier by setting then once and applied then for every new backup creation
Proposed solution
I don't know if this should be part of the Settings tab or the Administration tab but the idea is add the same retention policies panel from the backup creation in one of the previously mentioned tab.
Maybe add a checkbox to activate or deactivate the default retention policies for backup creation.
