Question: M3 compatibility details

Hi!
Sorry, couldn't find a way for sending a private message...

I'm looking to get this one onto an M3 hub (CN version).
My questions are

1. Will it require firmware flashing? From the main guide - it only installs MQTT and that's it
2. If firmware is flashed - are the Zigbee keys erased? Question specifically is regarding Aqara Zigbee locks that pair only to their hubs
3. I also found modified and original firmwares for M3 - do these contain that zigbee key? or is it restored if "original" firmware is flashed back?
4. Anyone tried backing up the partition that contains the key 🗡️
