Diagnosis of patient does not change with edits to symptoms choice

Four diagnosis is attained, as shown below. (Food Posioning, Stomachache, Fever, Insomnia)

However, after deletion of symptoms, it seems that diagnosis is not updated to reflect the current diagnosis. After deletion of "Lack of Sleep", only three diagnosis are left. As shown below:

However, when viewing the diagnosis history, it seems that the previous diagnosis is still there. (Below) It is unknown whether a new diagnosis is not created in the history, or whether isit mixed into the past diagnosis for the day.

"View Diagnosis History" is confusing to use.

When symptoms are updated, it seems that past diagnosis and present diagnosis are mixed together. This makes it difficult to track what is the latest diagnosis of the patient.

After the first input of symptoms, the diagnosis is that I have a "fever, stomachache and and food posioning".
This is correctly shown in the view diagnosis history, shown below.

However, after deletion of a symptom, say "fever", my new diagnosis is simply "Stomach Ache" (Below)

When I went back to check the "View Diagnosis History" again, there is no new diagnosis shown. It is unsure whether the diagnosis of "Stomach Ache" is mixed within the first diagnosis history, or is it not created? Is it also possibly a functionality bug?

After deleting some symptoms, we believe that updating your current diagnosis is sufficient for a patient, without needing to update your past diagnoses. Therefore, if your current diagnosis is not included in your diagnosis history for that day, it will be added in; if it is already present, it will be ignored. This is not a feature flaw, but rather, an intended design of the feature, since the diagnosis history is supposed to reflect all diagnoses the patient received, which should include any past diagnoses received. Hence this is out of scope.

It is claimed that a meticulous patient would want to make sure that "information is keyed in accurately", as well as a new user wanting to check what "illnesses I have". It would be intuitive that the diagnosis history would also show accurate diagnosis of the patient with accurate information being entered, rather than mixing the current diagnosis with the past diagnosis within the same day.

Reason for disagreement: severity.Low labels should only be assigned to the bugs that cause minor inconveiniences to the user. However, this issue is not a minor issue, but one that occurs frequently, in the sense that the program failed to account for situations where the patient only wants to view their latest diagnosis.

If the latest diagnosis is mixed alongside past diagnosis, it makes it difficult for the user to keep track of their current diagnosis.
