Up to now, the TSP records just exist in the database which is generally find.
However, using a local storage driver (especially in WORM configuration), it would rather like to see that the TSP files are stored on disk near the archive data as well.
This could be configurable so that just the admins who really want to have it will get the TSP data on disk (in addition to the database) and the others still have it in the database only.
