Add option to remove hashes, e.g. ribosomal seqs

For single cell, many genes change due to techncial and not biological reasons, and many of these are ribosomal genes or associated with single cell dissociation

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a fasta of sequences to remove, and/or add the option to provide a precomputed signature of hashes to remove

Use https://github.com/luizirber/2021-01-27-olga-remove-protein (in Rust) to remove ribosomal hashes. Super super fast sig loading and hash subtraction
