Current genotyping is the dual region genotype (Genogroup plus capsid type, plus polymerase or P-type), for example GII.4 Sydney[P16], or GII.17[P17]. This is important because noroviruses recombine at the region between open reading frame 1 and 2 to create a new genotype.
Since we have separate VP1 and RdRp types, consider combining the VP1 and RdRp type into a duel type VP1_type[P_type] column to highlight recombination.
