Tool not working on Brawl Stars

I've the characters_tex.sc and characters(.sc with no extension, extracted with QuickBMS) together, but when I try to extract it; sce.exe ./sc -P ./sc/extracts it takes no time and comes out empty.

What am I doing wrong here?
