[Bug]: Update gives 'write permissions error'

Bug description

While updating, there is an error.
After investigating I modified the rights from 444 to 755 on both files at /apps/notify_push/.git/objexts/pack/. .
This error occures on all installls.

Is this a development set-up? Typically there should not be a .git/ folder at all...

This is with a few NC installations. Some NC update must have caused this. I'd like to inform others about this 'bug' because it took a while to find out what was going wrong.
