No message actions available and messages are not displayed correctly

Steps to reproduce

1. Open chat with messages.
2. Click on quoted old message with media file (photo).
3. The transition is made to an old message sent 1 month ago or more.

Or

1. Find an old message through search
2. Go to a message sent 1 month ago or more.

Expected behaviour

After navigating to the old message, it displays correctly and the message actions are available (long press on the message).

Actual behaviour

When I go back to an old message, it doesn't display correctly: the photo isn't showing, and there's no text. Also, the options for interacting with the message (such as long-pressing on it) are missing.

Thank you (seems github has some hiccups to show the images, now i can see all..)

This issue is about the old implementation (which is currently released). The whole code for the chat was recently rewritten in #5635 , so v24.0 should not have this issue.

I will close as there won't be a hotfix for v23.0
