Steps to reproduce

1. Try to enter a HPB URL
2. Type slooowly

Expected behaviour

You can continue to enter the URL

Actual behaviour

URL input field looses focus on each validation, you have to click again to continue

Talk app version: Tested on 33 and main.

Same for turn and stun, as they change the talk hash and trigger a reload for all users

Solution: change to 'Save' button instead of debouncing the request
